Dear All,
If you’ve not yet had a chance to redeem your Agoda gift voucher, we’re delighted to let you know it will be reissued with a new code in November – giving you an additional 12 months to use it but with very specific terms (see below). This is a hotel booking voucher issued to last year’s Circle of Excellence winners, to the value of $500 (or local currency equivalent).
However, when redeeming your voucher, it’s really important that you follow the instructions in the important information below to ensure you get maximum value from it. Unfortunately, we have been facing some challenges when people have not been fully aware of the terms and conditions, and have ended up forfeiting some or all of their voucher’s value.
While we are doing our best to resolve any issues that have been brought to our attention, Agoda cannot guarantee they are able to issue new vouchers in all circumstances.
 
 
  Important information to note before redeeming your Agoda gift voucher  
  Your voucher can only be used on this website: www.agoda.com/hsbcstaff.  
  You must book a hotel with a “promo eligible” tag – these are pre-paid hotels; all other venues on the site will not accept your voucher.  
  Please make sure your hotel is cancellable. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason unrelated to COVID, we will no longer be able to re-issue you with a new code and you will forfeit your voucher. However, if you have to cancel your booking due to COVID-19 circumstances, please email Enjy Gobran (enjy.gobran@hsbc.com) or Vicky Switzer (vicky.olivia.switzer@hsbc.com) to request a new code. Please note, once this request has been approved, it may take up to 90 days for Agoda to manually reissue your new code.  
  If you have to cancel your booking due to COVID-19 circumstances, and if you have not booked with a cancellable hotel, we will not be able to re-issue you with a new code and you will forfeit your voucher.  
  Your voucher can only be redeemed once, in a single transaction, and any unused amount on your voucher is not refundable . We encourage you to make a booking with an amount equal to or higher than $500, in order to fully-utilise your voucher. Unfortunately, any unused amount will not be refunded, in any form.  
  Additional COVID-19-specific booking information
  • Check all necessary travel restrictions before making your booking.
  • If your hotel cancels your booking due to COVID-19 circumstances, please email Enjy Gobran (enjy.gobran@hsbc.com) or Vicky Switzer (vicky.olivia.switzer@hsbc.com) to request a new code. Please note, once this request has been approved, it may take up to 90 days for Agoda to manually reissue your new code.
